UPworth Business Support Services Company is a partnership that provides accounting, business support, and administrative services to the self-employed, freelancers, professional practitioners, virtual assistants, SMEs, partnerships, and corporations. We pride ourselves on professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail, helping clients streamline operations, improve their financial recording, and achieve their business objectives.
We're led by four passionate Managing Directors: Steve Mark Masiglat, Shiela May Masiglat, Sheila Marie Mercado, and Arjay Mercado. Together they guide the company through strong leadership, shared values, and a unified vision, building long-term partnerships with clients and delivering services that truly support business success.

Sheila Marie Mercado
Managing Director · CPA
Certified Public Accountant, Certified Payroll Professional, Certified Tax Technician, and Tax Specialist Level III. Experience across SM Food Group, Jollibee Worldwide Services, and as a corporate treasurer, with deep expertise in accounting, taxation, and finance.

Arjay Mercado
Managing Director
BS Accountancy graduate (University of Luzon) with a wealth of experience in sales audit and accounting, branch banking, and seven years in Saudi Arabia as an Accountant and Operations Manager.

Managing Director
Holds a BS in Accounting Technology with seven years as an accountant in the retail and wholesale industry. Today he serves as an accountant and consultant, providing expert financial advice and strategic solutions.
